About Us

We’ve been flipping homes and designing for real estate together for over 25 years, and honestly, we still get excited every time we walk into a house with “good bones.” There’s nothing we love more than finding a home with potential and turning it into a place people can’t wait to come home to.

Malia is the design side of the team. She runs Skye Design Interiors and has a gift for seeing what a space could be. Her style mixes relaxed California coastal charm with the cozy, grounded feel of the high desert. She’s all about homes that feel warm, lived-in and just right.

Lance is the build side. He runs Journey Home Renovations and makes sure every detail comes together the way it should, on time and done right. If Malia dreams it, Lance figures out how to build it.

We moved from Malibu to Bend five years ago and fell in love with this town. Now we get to help our neighbors love their homes too. Because we work as one team, you get design and construction together, with no running between companies. We think that’s what makes the whole process feel easy and even fun.

After all these years, our favorite part is still the same: working side by side and seeing the look on a homeowner’s face when they walk in for the first time.

We can’t wait to meet you!
